WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive it at a private address (home, work, or a drop point), but never a post office box.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders will be delivered in 5-7 working days on regular days, and during sales, will be delivered in 7-10 working days. Orders can face temporary delays during rush hours or delays in verifying information. Orders placed through the online payment system must go through a fraud status check and, once cleared by our payment processor, will be processed further. You will receive an email once the order is shipped with contact tracking information. Be sure to check junk/spam folders as well.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?

If you spend more than 300 QAR, shipping/delivery will be free. Otherwise, 50 QAR for shipping/delivery charges will be applied.

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER THE ORDER?

It depends on the delivery area and the type of shipment. When the order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with the courier information with tracking details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

The order will be at the courier warehouse. The Courier will call for the confirmation, which will then be re-attempted. The order will be re-attempted twice, and if not collected, the order will be returned to the shipper.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
